Bajo Eléctrico Fender American Ultra Precision Bass

$1.880.003 IVA incluido

The Fender American Ultra Precision Bass Rosewood Fingerboard is part of the new flagship line from Fender and is designed for players who want the highest performance Precision Bass ever made. The research and development were “particularly intensive,” said Riley Giffin, Electric Guitar Product Specialist at Fender. The team went through hundreds of iterations of each aspect before they were satisfied. New Ultra Noiseless pickups, advanced electronics, updated neck shapes, contours and colors add up to a P-Bass that you’ll never part with. Still, don’t let these modern upgrades fool you. According to Giffin, “the vibe of the American Ultra is more classic Fender.”

Ultra noiseless pickups
The American Ultra is loaded with an Ultra Jazz Bass pickup in the bridge, and Ultra Precision Bass pickup in the middle. They deliver a powerful, punchy tone that can be further colored with the active preamp. “We worked with Stan Cody—who is an in-house electronics wizard at Fender— and re-voiced the EQ points,” said Giffin. The result? Endless tonal possibilities with zero noise or hum.

Advanced electronics
The preamp can be toggled active or passive. The other controls on the American Ultra Precision Bass are also ultra-modern. Pickup selects are made with a pan pot. Other sounds can be found via a treble boost/cut, midrange boost/cut and a bass boost/cut.

New neck contour
A first for Fender, the American Ultra’s tapered neck heel allows for easier access to those high frets. “We worked with the engineers in the factory to make sure it was still structurally stable and had integrity, but was as thin as we could get it,” said Giffin. “It’s a pretty significant reduction in the bulk right at the base of the neck.”
